How do I add a child profile?

After creating an account, you will be guided to set up your first child profile — just enter their nickname and school year. To add another child later, open the profile switcher in the top navigation bar and tap "Add child". Each child gets their own separate progress, XP, badges and streak. The Family plan supports up to 3 child profiles.

How do I manage profile settings?

Go to Settings (visible in the top nav after entering parent mode). From there you can rename a child profile, set or change your parent PIN, set or change a child's own PIN, delete a child profile (type the child's name to confirm), and delete your entire account. Subscription and billing can also be managed from the same page.

Can I delete a child's data?

Yes. You can delete any child profile instantly from the Settings page. This permanently removes their profile, all practice history, XP and badges. You will be asked to type the child's name to confirm before anything is deleted.
